Is anything free these days? Yep- FREE SEROTONIN EXERCISE followed by post-workout chats and breakfast at the happiest place in Melbourne!

We’re bringing you back into nature where you won't be able to wipe that smile off your face -despite having an increased heart rate ;) Get your endorphins pumping, raise those positive vibrations and increase your weekend productivity by starting your weekend with an hour of movement surrounded by high vibes motivated happies*!

You will leave this session buzzing, smiling and ignited (warning, slight shortness of breath may occur!) After the session, maintain that high vibe with some soulful chats and nourishing food in the Serotonin HQ- the perfect post-workout fuel. Think smoothies, caffeine hits, alternative lattes, juices, home-made mylks… the list goes on!

Needing to treat your taste buds? We have a selection of healthy ‘cheat meals’ like our Positive pancakes that are rich in vitamins and minerals, as well as resistant starch to keep you fuller for longer and smiling from the inside out!

Scared about coming alone? Don't be! The majority arrive alone, but after getting close and sweaty together, we build a strong bond!
